With my head full of dreams I was thrown into this sober world.
And all that I ever wanted was way out of reach for me.
But I had to find something to make my life worth living instead.
So I started smoking, I love the pain it causes in my lungs.

And all the girls in the street
They wouldn’t understand a (boy) man like me,
Such a sensitive soul,
They just were waiting for the tough guys
To beat them up.

All the teachers at school they didn’t have the slightest clue
Of the things important to a sensitive boy like I used to be.
And on my long way home the kids tried to bully me
They tried to take all my money, until I hit them with a solid stone.


Now that I’m a man, not very much has changed, I must admit.
Still in another world and there is no one there to follow me.
Even for my Facebook postings no one really cares,
I sit alone with my iPad and read the funny things they’re posting.
